Most of the Atlantic City casino hotels have fitness and health centers and many have full service spas.  Even if you are not a guest at the hotel, inquire about a day pass for the fitness facilities.  For example, the Trump Taj Mahal Atlantic City Casino Hotel offers health spa and fitness center admission to non-guests for a fee (about $30) if you have a Trump Taj Mahal gaming card (which is free).

Other Atlantic City casino hotels with very nice health spas and fitness centers include the Borgata Atlantic City, Ballys Atlantic City, Caesars Atlantic City, Hilton Atlantic City, and Trump Plaza Atlantic City.
